Delivery and returns


You should expect delivery within 10 working days of ordering, subject to the availability of your items. The delivery service used by ourselves is UK Mail. 

All orders are packaged well and securely; should you find upon receipt of your goods that this isn't the case please notify us immediately.

If you are not available when your order is delivered, UK Mail may leave a note stating where they have left your parcel or to arrange an alternative delivery date.

During exceptionally busy times, orders will be processed as soon as possible and emailed confirmation will follow for collections, with home delivered orders shipped as soon as is possible but during such times we cannot guarantee to meet all deadlines.


The Company will not accept any garments returned after 30 days from date of delivery. Any garments purchased online can be exchanged up to 30 days from when your local store reopens

Returned goods must be unworn, tags attached and in perfect condition to receive either an exchange or a refund. A return form must be enclosed. Please CLICK HERE to print your return form.

Goods are returned at the cost of the customer unless faulty or despatched in error (Please refer to our faulty goods policy)
